Principal Kathy Oxborrow's diverse background brings added value to any project Oxborrow Consulting undertakes.  She's produced television programs, raised millions for nonprofit organizations, provided employee training programs, been a freelance writer for Oregon newspapers and directed a community mediation center.  Her experience also includes projects involving urban, rural and Native American issues.
