Excellent facilitation skills are essential to gain relevant information from any kind of group process. A facilitator is neutral and does not have a stake in a group’s outcome. Skilled facilitators create an environment where all views can be safely expressed, eliciting information about a range of attitudes and perspectives about a particular topic.

Whether it’s a planning session or a focus group, we work with clients to be clear about the outcomes they want to achieve.

For planning sessions, our goal is to ensure that participants’ time is valued and productive and that thoughtful decision-making occurs. For focus groups, our goal is to provide our clients with valuable insights about an issue that will better inform them for future decision-making.

We facilitate all kinds of group process—for large and small groups. With a background in mediation and years of experience, we are skilled at resolving conflicts, moving groups forward and recognizing when more time is needed for a particular issue or participant.
