Facilitated an annual board planning retreat for this statewide member association that works closely with the Oregon Tourism Commission to promote Oregon as a packaged travel destination.

Bend 2030 Vision Project – Bend, Oregon
Facilitated the Well-Planned City Team for a community-wide process intended to guide growth and development in Bend over 25 years. The 16-member team, which met for six months, was charged with creating action steps, identifying lead and supporting partners and producing a timeline for nine Key Vision Elements.

Governor’s Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse Programs – Salem, Oregon
Facilitated a Council planning retreat to establish the Council's direction and focus and to understand the Council's relationship to the State Office of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Programs.
